1.) Mrs. P got a Keurig for Christmas and she is in love! We were back at BB&B but to get her some more coffee packets to hold her over until the on-line order arrived. I got her a “Nook.” In both cases, the gifts that keep on costing us more money.

2.) Labs like Dacotah are great pets. However, you must know that if you get a puppy, you will have two years of an energetic adolescent before they mellow into the great adult dog they become. They are also VERY social and require a ton of attention. However, they will also make a great jogging companion. Gotta train them so they don't trip you and send you head-first into a snow bank.

They're big fans of the *idea* of litterboxes, but it's unrealistic to expect a 100% hit rate. 75% is more realistic.

Ditto on what Snowpea said: Their #2s stink pretty bad, and they p00p several (4-6) times a day, so litterboxes should be cleaned daily (or even twice daily) to keep the aroma in check.

Oh, and on the question of kisses: Some don't, but some do! I've got 2 right now that are big kissers. So schmoopy, those little guys.

Good reading comprehension skills. The problem is not with Poodle/Labs. The problem is with people who purposely breed mixed breed dogs when so many are already trying to find homes. The ONLY reason a responsible breeder has a litter is when doing so will improve on their lines and on the breed as a whole. The breeding of these dogs is to the detriment of the breeds involved, the lines that are are being pissed all over (the breeders that were involved in bringing us our first lovely Labs and Poodles are rolling over in their graves), and dogs all over the world, of all breeds and mixes.
